Navankur Chaudhary, popularly known as Yatri Doctor, has broken his silence following allegations linking him to espionage activities and Pakistan ties. The doctor-turned-YouTuber, who enjoys a following of over 6.5 lakh on Instagram, denied all accusations in a video posted on his social media account last night.

A Fake Narrative Is Being Spread,” Says Yatri Doctor

Facing a social media storm after the arrest of Jyoti Malhotra—who has been accused of spying for Pakistan—Chaudhary refuted claims suggesting any involvement in espionage. He emphasized that a false narrative is being built around old, unrelated clips of his travels and statements.

Following Malhotra’s arrest, several social media users resurfaced videos of Chaudhary at a party hosted by the Pakistan High Commission, a clip where he criticized a BSF officer, and another where he allegedly displayed an incorrect map of India. These videos were used by online critics to accuse him of anti-national behavior and spy links.

I Visited Pakistan Only Once as Part of My World Travel Goal”

Clarifying the reason behind his Pakistan visit, Yatri Doctor stated that he is on a personal mission to travel to all 197 countries in the world. He revealed that before visiting Pakistan, he had already been to over 135 countries.

Main Pakistan sirf ek baar gaya hoon,” he said in his video, denying claims that he frequently visits the neighboring country. He reiterated that his visit to Pakistan was purely for travel content and exploration, as part of his global journey.

Chaudhary added that he is a proud Indian and comes from a family with a strong military background. His Instagram bio highlights that he has already visited 144 countries.

On His Association With Jyoti Malhotra

Addressing the controversy surrounding his link to Jyoti Malhotra, Chaudhary confirmed that he had met her once but only briefly. According to him, Malhotra approached him as a fan during a public interaction.

“She said she was a fan. I treated her like any other fan,” he said. “We had a short conversation about YouTube. I had never met her before that day and did not know her personally.”

I Am Not Under Investigation,” He Asserts

Chaudhary made it clear that he is not under investigation by any Indian authority. He also stated his willingness to cooperate with any official inquiry, should the need arise.

Wrapping up his statement, Yatri Doctor expressed disappointment over the spread of baseless accusations on social media, saying that such speculation is damaging to his reputation and his mission as a global travel creator.
