Narendra Modi will start his two-day visit to Varanasi on Monday (December 13, 2021). On day 1, the Prime Minister will visit the 'Shri Kashi Vishwanath' Temple and will initiate the 'Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham' project. PM Modi is likewise to visit the 'Kaal Bhairav' Temple and witness Ganga Aarti while onboard a Ro-Ro Vessel.
Following this, he will introduce stage 1 of the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham project which is developed at an expense of around Rs 339 crores. The Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham project is known to be Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream project and the establishment stone of the venture was laid by him on March 8, 2019. It, according to the PMO, was the vision of the Prime Minister to work with the travelers and fans of Baba Vishwanath and to make an effectively open pathway to associate Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple with the banks of the River Ganga. A sum of 23 structures will be introduced in stage 1 of the venture. The top state leader will remain at the visitor house on the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) grounds subsequent to completing his commitment at the very beginning of his visit.
On day 2, the Prime Minister will partake in a conventional gathering with the central priests of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, alongside Deputy CMs from Bihar and Nagaland. He will then, at that point, go to the 98th-commemoration festivities of Sadguru Sadafaldeo Vihangam Yog Sansthan at Swarved Mahamandir at around 3:30 PM. PM Modi's two-day commitment will end at around 5 pm on Tuesday.
