As wintertime comes, you will see a lot of changes in your skin, such as stretch, dryness, and low in the skin. The skin becomes dry as soon as winter comes.  Skin has to be taken care of most in winter. We cannot stop the changing weather, but by making some changes in our lifestyle, we can make the skin beautiful and glowing.

First of all, take a bath with lukewarm water rather than taking a bath with boiling water. Hot water removes the natural oils of the skin due to which skin becomes very dry. If your skin is dry, then reduce the use of soap on the face and body. Soap causes lousy damage to your skin. The pH (potential of hydrogen) of a face wash or body wash is similar to the pH of your skin using which reduces dryness . However, if you feel your face is dehydrated, then clean your face with cleansing milk instead of soap or face wash, then use alcohol-free toner with moisturizer as well.

Even if your skin is oily, there is a lack of water in it. At this time, your face needs a gel-based moisturizer that does not contain oil but has good moisturizing agents such as aloe vera, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, cucumber, and watermelon. The more water you drink, the more you hydrated your skin will be. Maybe you feel less thirsty in winter, and you are required to drink adequate water in a day. Have nutritious food instead of external things. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables as much as you can.

If your skin is dry, then use a good body lotion or body butter for the body and keep an excellent moisturizer for the face. When buying a moisturizer or body lotion, always remember that it surly contains shea butter or cocoa butter with nutritious natural oils like almonds, olives, and glycerin.

As our breathing is essential, similarly, skin breathing is also important. A dead skin layer forms over our, due to which our skin cannot breathe. Due to dead cells, our skin looks dry and does not glow. It is imperative to remove these dead cells from time to time, which we call exfoliation.

For this, use face scrub twice a week. The skin must be healthy because it is a shield of our body. Therefore, it is not necessary to take care of the skin to look beautiful. The healthier our body is, the healthier our skin will be.
