Minister for Major and Medium Irrigation Ramesh Jarkiholi presented his resignation from Karnataka Cabinet on Wednesday, a day after claims of him looking for sexual kindnesses from a lady as a trade-off for an administration work arose.
A CD supposedly containing accounts of his close minutes with the lady was submitted to Bengaluru police by a dissident on Wednesday.
Mr. Jarkiholi has sent his renunciation letter to Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa and expressed that he was leaving the post to save the gathering from shame and that he ought to be restored once demonstrated blameless.
