Minister for Major and Medium Irrigation Ramesh Jarkiholi presented his resignation from Karnataka Cabinet on Wednesday, a day after claims of him looking for sexual kindnesses from a lady as a trade-off for an administration work arose.
A CD supposedly containing accounts of his close minutes with the lady was submitted to Bengaluru police by a dissident on Wednesday.
