The first task is that if you have an Android smartphone that downloads this Kisan Rath app from the Google Play store. You can also click here to download it. After downloading the app, you will have to register for PM Kisan with information like name, mobile number, and Aadhaar number. If you are a trader, you need to register with the company name, your name, and mobile number. After registering, you will be able to login to the app through a mobile number and a password. Kisan Rath is available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu language.

What is the advantage of the Kisan Rath app?

The government has launched the Kisan Rath for sale and purchase of vegetables and crops in case of lockdown so that farmers can easily sell their goods and buy traders. According to the information furnished at the play store, the Kisan Rath will help farmers and traders across the country to reach the agricultural produce to the market.

This app will provide information to farmers and traders about transport vehicles (trucks or other luggage-covering vehicles). The app will also be aware of the time and location of the truck, after which the farmers will be able to go to a fixed time and place and sell fruits, vegetables, and cereals. Through this app, transporters can also register their vehicle for the transportation of goods.
