To avoid dehydration, you need to drink 2-3 glasses of water before and after the workout session. It will also help in maintaining fluid balance in the body. But do not drink a lot of water every little while, because it can also cause pain in your abdomen.

5. When you're sick:

Whenever you fall ill, take care to drink more and more water. It will not only hydrate you but also remove toxic substances from the body and help you recover faster.

6. When You're Tired:

If you are feeling really tired, but you have absolutely no time to relax, you drink a glass of water. You may not know about it, but fatigue is also a sign of dehydration. Your mind will feel refreshed without relaxing by drinking water.
