The deadly coronavirus spread from China has now been knocked out in Delhi as well. About 3000 people have lost their lives so far, and around 90 thousand people are infected with this dreaded virus. The problem is that the treatment has not yet been found. After China, the virus has engulfed dozens of countries, including Iran, Hong Kong, Japan, and Italy. Two new cases of coronavirus have surfaced in India on Monday. One in Delhi and the other in Telangana. The virus has been confirmed in a total of five patients in the country so far. The precautionary measures can prove to be the biggest rescue. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) advisory, if we do small things in everyday life, the risk of infection will be considerably reduced. The rapid response team screened 13 people, all of them were taken samples. Samples of the investigation were sent to Lucknow. In the report on Tuesday, 6 out of 13 people were reported to be positive. Out of these, two self-help persons have been admitted to isolation wards.

Keep a proper distance

Try to maintain a gap of at least 3 feet with the people around you. Especially from a person who has a cough or colds. When a person coughs or sneezes, viruses spread in the air. If you are closer, the virus can go to your body through breathing.

Use a tissue

Take care of the cleanliness around you in particular. Keep in mind that when sneezing or coughing, cover the nose and mouth with a tissue and immediately throw the tissue into the dustbin. The fluid emanating from sneezing contains a lot of viruses and can spread rapidly.

Wash your hands regularly

Wash the hand with soap and water for at least 20 seconds on a regular day. Bacteria can also use a good sanitizer. Doing so will get rid of the virus that is living on the hands.

Do not touch the nose, mouth, and eyes

Often we keep touching our nose, mouth, and eyes. Don't do that. Palms touch many surfaces. There are viruses on it. The virus from the contaminated palm can go into the body through the nose, mouth, or eyes.

Keep mobile screen clean

You must clean your smartphone with disinfecting wipes once a week. These wipes eliminate all germs living in the upper part of the phone. The screen of the 24-hour smartphone in our hands is a big hub of viruses. On the screen, there are bacteria named methicillin-resistant staphylococci aureus (MRSA).

Keep these things in air travel

Clean your hand thoroughly before taking the food items from the hands of the crew members on the aircraft. The fear of the spread of coronavirus from crew members in air travel is the highest.

Do not take fever, cough, and colds lightly

If you have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, meet the doctor immediately. Try to stay at home. Immediate contact with the doctor can catch the disease at the beginning.

Eat Curd

If you are going to stop in the hospital, try to use Curd in your food. Curd contains bacteria called acidophilus that eliminates many kinds of viruses.

Wear masks

If you have a cough or colds, you must wear masks. Especially when exiting. The virus can be infected in others, so take special care.
