Customers will have to update their app because you will not be able to transfer money from the old version. The bank is sending alerts to its customers as a message and telling about the new app. However, the mobile app with the latest version of the bank for customers is available on the Play store. Earlier, there were several technical defects in the mobile app, which had led to difficulties in sending money to users.

According to HDFC Bank's message, if customers do not update the mobile app before February 29, 2020, the app will stop working. Customers will not be able to transfer money through this app from 1st March.
