If you have any problem with EPF withdrawals, KYC transfers, etc., you can convey your complaint to EPFO. The EPFO has set up a separate 'EPF eye grievance management system' website for the same. By visiting this website, any EPFO member can lodge his complaint with the IFF account. The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has about six crore members. Let's know what is the process of lodging a complaint relating to the EPF account.
Step 1. First, you have to visit www.epfigms.gov.in website and click on Register Grievance to file a complaint.
Step 2. Now a new page will open. Now you have to choose the status of PF member, EPF pensioner, employer, etc., in which to lodge a complaint.
Step 3. If you have to file a complaint with the PF account, you have to choose 'PF member' as a status. Now you have to enter your UAN and security code.
Step 4. After entering this information, you need to click on 'gate details.' Now your personal information linked to your UAN will appear on the screen.
Step 5. Now you need to click on Get OTP. This OTP will come to your registered mobile number or email id.
Step 6. Now you need to enter the OTP and click submit. After the Verification of OTP, you will be asked to enter the personal details.
Step 7. In the next step, you will have to click on the PF number in which the complaint is filed.
Step 8. Now a pop-up will come. Here you have to choose the option to which your complaint relates- PF office, employer, employee deposit linked insurance (EDLI) scheme, or pre-pension.
Step 9. Now you have to upload the details and necessary documents. Then click submit.
So, your complaint will be lodged. The registration number of the complaint will then come to your mobile number or email ID.
