The second release of the 25th International Film Festival of Kerala starts here on Wednesday. The celebration will be introduced by A K Balan, Minister for Cultural Affairs, at 6 pm.
As numerous as 80 movies will be screened in six auditoriums in Ernakulam under eight classifications. The classes incorporate Indian Cinema Now, Malayalam Cinema Today, Homage, and World Cinema.
The Bosnian film Quo Vadis, Aida? will be screened as the initial film. The film which portrays the consequence of the Bosnian decimation has been shortlisted for the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film.
