Batata Vada- It is a very popular snack from Maharashtra. The boiled potatoes are spiced and mashed. They are rolled into balls and are dipped in gram flour batter and then are deep fried. They are usually serve with chutney or sandwiched between pav.Potato samosa- It is the most popular street food in India. The potatoes are stuffed in flour discs and are deep fried. You can also add chicken, egg and keema.
Bread Aloo Pakora- It is another street snack in which potatoes are sandwiched between plan bread and are fried.
Aloo Chat recipe- Spicy, crunchy and tangy chaat snack is very tasty to eat and easy to make. It can be easily made as an evening snack.
Jhal Muri- It is a popular street food that can be consumed as a snack. It is made from puffed rice and basic ingredients.
Vada Pav- The spiced potatoes are rolled in balls and dipped in besan and deep fried. These vadas can be stuffed in pav and are eaten with green chutney.
Aloo pakora- Sliced potatoes dipped in besan batter and fried until crisp. You can enjoy aloo pakora with tea.
Aloo Tikki- Mashed potato patties with spice, coriander leaves and green chillies are deep fried. They can be eaten in a burger or patty.
Veg bonda- The main ingredients are potato, beans, peas and carrots.
